  WeOS(威斯特摩操作系统)开发用于提供跨平台、面向未来的解决方案。WeOS可为该类产品提供独有的安全功能,允许DDW-142利用威斯特摩 FRNT协议或者工业标准STP/RSTP成为弹性多介质环网的一部分。WeOS开发用于提供工业网络解决方案,具有卓越的串行连接性能 – 从模拟旧AT调制解调器,转换Modbus RTU到TCP,直到封装串行数据到IP数据包中。
  
  DDW-142拥有难以置信的灵活性和易用性。无需进行任何类型的配置,即可创建一个点对点或者多点网络。然而,如果有更复杂的解决方案需要一些网络配置,则可以使用网页界面轻松完成。另外还可提供CLI界面,以便网络专业人员可以方便地快速控制设备。一旦系统配置完成,则简单的解决方案还可用于维护工程师 – USB备份和恢复意味着可以从USB闪存盘自动下载存储的配置。
